In close cooperation with the customer, Matikon’s development engineers ensure that the initial design sketches and technical feasibility are fully 
aligned.

All technical requirements and specifications are continuously implemented in the creation and further development of the product.

An experienced validation team works with powerful simulation software to constantly improve the products and thus ensure that the components function flawlessly.

Matikon also carries out early validation with real components in the further stages of development until the products are ready for series production. Both SLS samples and components from near-series tools using the specified materials shed light on where potentials and improvements can be made.
